Entrepreneur, Brand Strategist & Visionary. A Hometown Girl, Making a Legendary Impact!

Rachel “Rae Denise” Johnson is a native of Baltimore, MD and a full-time entrepreneur. She is the CEO/Founder of Legendary  Industries, LLC, the parent company of Limitless Strategies a boutique luxury strategy agency that specializes in Brand Strategy, Business Solutions, Corporate Event Logistics, 1-on-1 Coaching, Idea Strategy, Social Media Strategy and Website Development. Under this entity, Rae also owns Legendary Adventures Travel Experience. Both companies were birthed from her passions: branding, marketing, and travel.

Prior to venturing out on her own, she served as an Administrative Coordinator and later a Communications Coordinator at the NAACP National Headquarters located in Baltimore, MD. During this time, Rachel was the Project Manager for several major events and campaigns.

In 2017 at the age of 25, she led and executed the 13th Annual NAACP Leadership 500 Conference. The conference which focused on a number of areas that affect the African American community (including health, entrepreneurship, finances, youth leadership, and building up our communities) convened in Hollywood, FL, and included 200 attendees from across the United States. Later that year, she launched a youth-focused social media initiative (NAACP Now) that grew to well over 15,000 engaged followers within three short months. During the 2018 midterm election season, Rachel worked closely with the Civic Engagement team of the NAACP and led a peer-to-peer text messaging campaign. This campaign targeted infrequent voters in Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, and Ohio and urged them to get out to the polls on Election Day. Under Rachel’s leadership with this campaign, the NAACP was able to register over 527,000 new voters! Through this campaign the NAACP was able to galvanize individuals who had not voted in years to the polls in numbers never before seen in midterm elections, showing the power of Black voters and other voters of color.

Rachel is a December 2013 graduate of Morgan State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, Media Sales, and Ratings. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

She has a love for her city and wants to see it thrive. Rachel has had the privilege to work with local, national, and celebrity brands across the country aiding them in the branding and overall strategic planning of their companies.

Rachel is passionate about serving her community; be it family, friends, or strangers. She is determined to go above and beyond the needs of those that she meets to touch the lives of all she comes in contact with.

Her mantra in life is, “LEGENDARY TAKES LONGER!”
